Pennsylvania Property Tax and Rent Rebate

The Pennsylvania Property Tax and Rent Rebate Program 2009 benefits people age 65 and older; widows and widowers age 50 and older; and people with disabilities age 18 and older.

The new income limits are: $35,000 for homeowners and $15,000 for renters. Applicants can exclude one half of their social security income.
