SilverSneakers® Classic
This class is designed to increase strength, range of movement, agility, balance, and coordination, and to improve participants’ functional capabilities, physical fitness level, and sense of well-being.
SilverSneakers® Circuit
This class features upper body strength workouts using hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and the SilverSneakers® ball, alternated with non-impact aerobic activity. Cardiovascular exercise is the highlight of SilverSneakers® Circuit.
These classes are free for center members and SilverSneakers® members.
