Fitness Classes
Levels: 1- Beginner 2- Intermediate 3- Advanced
1: Beginner- Chair Class with standing Balance Exercises (ex. Arthritis Class) 11:30 am-Noon
2-Intermediate- Class will be mixed with standing and sitting exercises (ex. Healthy Steps in Motion & Silver Sneakers Classic) 10:30 -11:00
3: Advanced- Class will be All standing. (ex. Silver Sneakers Circuit, Hi Low/Cardio ) 9:30-10:00 am
All classes are ½ hour in duration
Class Descriptions:
Arthritis Class: Chair class concentrating on individual muscle groups with use of hand weights and Balance exercises Level 1
Strength & Stretching : Relaxing series of stretches to help you become flexible and strong Levels 1/2/3
Silver Sneakers Classic: Warm-up, Combination of resistance bands and weights, balance exercises and cool down Level 2
Cardio Interval: Hi/Lo Aerobics, cool down followed with core stability exercises Level 2/3
Total Body Workout: (Friday Fun Fitness) All Standing: Warm- up, aerobic movements combined with the use of resistance bands and weights, balance exercises Level 2/3
Circuit class: (Friday Fun Fitness) All Standing: Stations will be set up utilizing, hand weights, resistance bands, light plyometrics, core training Level 2/ 3
Tabata: (Friday Fun Fitness) All Standing: (upper body, lower body, cardio, balance :3 times) X 4.
