Whether your return is simple or a bit more complex, trained AARP volunteers are here to help you file accurately and confidently—at no cost. This trusted, popular service fills up quickly, so we encourage you to schedule early.

🖥️ How to Schedule Your Tax Appointment

Follow these easy steps using the scheduling link or QR code above:

  1. Open the scheduling website using the link or by scanning the QR code.
  2. Select “Make appointment.”
  3. Choose your preferred date and time, then tap “Make Appointment.”
  4. Enter your name and phone number (a cell number is preferred).
    • If you provide an email address, you’ll receive a confirmation with important details and reminders.
  5. Please write down your appointment date and time — the “Review Appointment” step will not repeat it.
  6. Review your contact information, then tap “Confirm information.”

🔁 Need to make a change?
Return to the same scheduling website to edit or cancel your appointment at any time. You can also confirm your appointment date and time by choosing the edit option.
