The theme this year is Senior Centers:
Experts at Living Well
The Pennsylvania Department of Aging wants you to help us “Shout it Out” about the great things Pennsylvania’s senior community centers are doing for our citizens! We want to hear from your consumers how Pennsylvania senior community centers are experts at helping them to Live Well.
We challenge your center to provide an opportunity for your consumers to tell us why they participate at your center. We want to hear what treasured memories they have; what has made a positive difference in their life; what made them smile; what warmed their heart; what keeps them healthy and in good spirits; what keeps them growing; what it is that keeps them coming back.
We are open to all formats; something as simple as individual emails to more elaborate venues. Be creative – let their imaginations run wild. All we ask is that we receive your presentations by August 29, 2014.
