8:30 AM Mon., 4/4 update: WCASC IS CURRENTLY CLOSED DUE TO LOSS OF POWER. We are already called into PECO and have been awaiting return of service but no luck yet. We will remain closed until power is restored and we can safely open. PLEASE HELP SPREAD THE WORD! We have alerted the County and Rover and any/all appointments (including AARP tax appointments) are cancelled until further notice. Sorry for the inconvenience and we will do as much as we can to open as soon as possible.
